Building Foundation, Inc. The Delta Beta Lambda Chapter Building Foundation is a affiliate of Delta Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.The Purpose of the Building Foundation is to provide a community resource for education, recreation, service, meeting, and special events. It is also the Headquarters building for Delta Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Educational and Training Center of the Virginia Peninsula Educational Foundation (VPEF). The name of the Facility is Alpha House, Educational, and Community Center, located on Andrews Blvd, Hampton, Virginia.The Building Foundation manages and maintain the Alpha House, Educational, and Community Center and the adjacent parking lot. The Alpha House, Educational, and Community Center is available for rent for one-time special events and for multiple dates. The building is able to accommodate at least 100 people. It can be set up for theater seating or with round or rectangular tables. The building includes a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, double sink and a microwave oven.
